Sauté bean sprouts in 1 Tbsp oil for a minute. Drain.
Sauté green onion in 2 Tbsp oil, add beef and carrot and stir fry until cooked. Add rice stick, bean sprouts, yellow chives and Seasoning Mix. Toss well heat through to serve.
