Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce marinated pork wrapped parcels are a perfect fit for an autumn pumpkin recipe. It's so easy you'll want to make it all the time!

Ingredients

180g cabbage (big piece)
120g minced pork
80g pumpkin (skinned and diced)

Marinade

2 tsp water
1 tsp corn starch

Sauce Mix

Method

1 Marinate minced pork for 10 minutes. Boil cabbage to soften for 1 – 2 minutes, discard thicker leaves of the piece and soak the remainder in cold water.
2 Mix minced pork with pumpkin into 8 even portions, each portion is to be wrapped into a parcel with a piece of cabbage leaf, place on a plate.
3 Steam for 15 minutes, pour heated sauce over the parcels, it is then ready to serve.

Tips

1 Wrapping is easiest if cabbage leaves are of the softer, greener ones.
2 Dietician’s advice: Fresh fruits and vegetables offer nutrients and flavour; the pumpkin in this recipe brings out the best of pork meat for a healthy, rejuvenating dish.
