Ingredients

56g cucumber, sliced
340g mung bean jelly sheet

Seasoning

1 Tbsp lemon juice
A little water
A little sugar

Method

1 Place sliced cucumbers on plate.
2 Soak jelly sheet into hot water until tender. Drain, slice into pieces and place on top of cucumber.
3 Mix seasoning well. Pour the mixed sauces over the jelly sheet. Ready to serve.
