Chilli Garlic Pork Chops

Ingredients

500g Pork Chops
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

Marinade

1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Vegetable Oil

Method

1 Marinate the pork chops for 60 minutes.
2 For Outdoor BBQ Cooking: Place the pork chops on the hot grates, close the lid, and cook over low to medium heat for 10 minutes. Turn the pork chops and cook for an additional 8 minutes on the other side.
3 For Oven Cooking: Place the pork chops on a baking tray greased with vegetable oil. Cook at 180°C (or Fan 160°C) for 10 minutes. Turn the chops and cook for another 10 minutes.
4 For Air Fryer Cooking: Cook the pork chops at 180°C for 10 minutes. Turn the pork chops and cook for an additional 8 minutes.
