Pan Fried Scallop with Black Bean Sauce

You don't have to wait for restaurant-quality food to eat some scallops! Our quick and easy to follow recipe allows you to make this delicious dish in less than 30 minutes.

Ingredients

5 pcs Scallop
5 pcs Rice Waffle
100g Salad Leaves
30ml Water

Marinade

1½ tsp Mushroom Powder
1tsp Corn Starch

Seasoning

1½ tsp Sugar
1 tsp Chicken Powder

Method

1 Marinate the scallops for 20 minutes.
2 Deep fry the rice waffles over high heat, set them aside.
3 Heat the oil with medium heat, add in scallops and pan fry both sides until golden. Set aside.
4 Add oil into the pan, saute black bean garlic sauce until fragrant. Add water and remaining seasonings and stir well.
5 Add scallops into the sauce and stir-fry for 1 minute until the sauce is thickened. Serve with rice waffles and salad leaves.
