Stir-fry Sweet and Spicy Prawn

180g Raw peeled King Prawns
50g sugar snap
2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp cooking oil

Sauce Mix

1 Tbsp Water
1 Tbsp Shaoxing wine
1 tsp Sugar


1 Pat dry king prawns with kitchen paper.
2 Heat wok or frying pan to medium high heat. Add oil to coat wok.
3 Add prawns stir-fry until the prawns turn pink.
4 Add onion, sugar snap and garlic stir-fry for 2 minutes, then add in the sauce mix, toss together for 1 minute. Ready to Serve
