Tomato Garlic Salmon & Prawns

Serves 2

Ingredients

240g salmon, cut into 3cm tiles
100g prawns, shell-off and deveined

Marinade

20g coriander, finely chopped
1cm ginger, cut into fine matchsticks
1 tsp cornflour

Method

1 Combine all the marinade ingredients, and marinate salmon and prawns for 10 minutes.
2 Arrange the salmon and prawns on a plate in alternate rows.
3 Steam for 10 minutes until cooked through and serve piping hot.

Tips

1 Alternative cooking method: pan- fry till done.
