Crispy Tortilla Pizza with Tuna and Hoisin Mayonnaise

Ingredients

100 g  sugar
100 ml   vinegar
6   radishes, very thin sliced
½ cucumber
4 mini tortillas
4 Tbsp   mayonnaise
200 g  fresh tuna, cut into slices
3 sprigs   coriander

Method

1 Boil the sugar and vinegar. Slice the radishes. Cut the cucumber into thin slices. Place the radishes and cucumber in the sweet and sour and let cool.
2 Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Bake the tortillas crispy in about 12 minutes and let cool.
3 Mix the mayonnaise with the Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce and scoop the mixture into a piping bag.
4 Divide the drained vegetables over the tortillas. Divide the tuna slices between the vegetables. Put dots of hoisin mayonnaise on the tortilla. Garnish with coriander leaves.
