Everyone loves a light and fluffy bao bun! This vegetarian recipe uses shiitake mushrooms, carrot, cabbage and soybeans for the filling, all mixed together with some of our Hoisin Sauce. Perfect for sharing (or not), these delicious Veggie Bao Buns are the key to their heart this year!
A great starter option, these Spicy Sweet Prawns use our Chiu Chow Chilli Oil, Dark Soy Sauce and Oyster Sauce to create a beautifully smoky flavour with a sweet, sticky glaze. This is a really quick and easy to make dish that’s packed full of umami flavours. These can be enjoyed on their own as a starter or pair with some jasmine rice as a delicious main.
An Eastern twist on a Western classic, this Chicken Hotpot is a hearty meal that’s sure to delight. This Chinese Chicken recipe uses chicken thigh fillets, plenty of veggies and our Premium Oyster Sauce to create a thick and warming hotpot. All of this is then tucked under a roasted potato blanket for the ultimate comfort food recipe. Feeling adventurous? Add some of our Chilli Garlic Sauce for that extra spicy kick!
This stir fry beef recipe is a minimum effort, maximum impact dish that’s packed full of flavour. Using lean sirloin steak, broccoli, carrots and Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce, simply chop up the ingredients, toss them all together in the pan and enjoy. We like to serve this over a bed of rice, or alternatively add in some straight-to-wok noodles to make a stir fry that would easily rival any Chinese takeaway.
This sweet treat is the perfect way to cap off your romantic evening. Using an apple corer, scoop out a thumb-sized hole. Combine mixed nuts (finely chipped), raisins, brown sugar, cinnamon, and our Lee Kum Kee Plum Sauce along with some melted butter to create a delicious crumble-type mixture. Stuff the apples with the crumble, pour a little more melted butter over the top, and pop in the oven for 30-35 min. These can be enjoyed on their own or served with vanilla ice cream (with extra plum sauce swirled in, of course!).
