CHINESE BARBECUED PORK (CHAR SIU)
Marinate 350g pork loin 3 Tbsp Char Siu Sauce for a minimum of 15 mins before oven cooking at 190⁰C / Gas 5 for 20 mins or until cooked through. Brush over 1 Tbsp Char Siu Sauce and rest for 2 mins before slicing and serving.
