  • For seasoning and marinade, we recommend 2 tablespoons for every 300g of ingredients.

CLASSIC BLACK BEAN CHICKEN

Serves 2

Stir-fry 300g chicken for 5 mins, add 2 finely chopped shallots, 1 diced green pepper and stir-fry for a further 3 mins. Add 1 Tbsp of Black Bean Garlic Sauce and 1 tsp of sugar. Stir-fry for a further 2 mins or until cooked through.
