1. Promoter
1. The Sensory Drop (the “Event”) is organised by Lee Kum Kee Europe Limited (the “Promoter”), is organised by Lee Kum Kee Europe Limited (“the Promoter”), registered in England and Wales with company number 0313224, having its registered office at 3rd Floor Paternoster House, 65 St Paul's Churchyard, London, EC4M 8AB.
2. These Terms govern applications for the Event, selection of guests, any associated recruitment activation and attendance at the Event.
2. Eligibility, Entries and Content Rights
1. This event recruitment is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Applicants must be able to attend the Event in London in mid-November. No purchase is necessary.
2. Applications closes at 23:59 UK local time on Monday 2 November 2026. The Promoter may close applications early only where clearly communicated and legally permissible. Late applications will not be considered.
3. Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates and agencies directly involved in administering the Event, and their immediate families, are not eligible to apply.
4. Only one application per person is permitted. Duplicate, automated, fraudulent, bulk or third-party applications may be rejected.
5. To apply, complete the official online sign-up form accessed via an authorised link, QR code or creator code. Applications must include accurate contact and eligibility information and any required acknowledgements. Submitting a form does not guarantee selection or admission.
6. Applicants may optionally enter a one-word Sound Key code found in approved campaign content. Valid codes may confer “Fast Track” priority during selection but do not guarantee admission. Channel-specific codes may also be used to attribute recruitment sources.
7. Applicants must not submit material infringing third-party rights or containing unlawful or offensive content. Where the sign-up process requests original user-generated content, its use for marketing requires a separate, clearly explained permission; application alone does not grant an unrestricted marketing licence.
8. Personal information will be handled under applicable UK data protection law and the Promoter’s Privacy Notice [INSERT LINK]. Information may be used to administer applications, selection, communications, safety and the Event; optional marketing or community membership must have an appropriate separate lawful basis and choice. Source and referral codes may be recorded for attribution.
9. Applicants acknowledge these Terms when submitting an application. Any optional promotional consent must not be a condition of entering unless strictly necessary for a clearly identified feature.
3. Selection, Notifications and Event Details
1 All valid entries received by the closing date will be reviewed by a judging panel appointed by the Promoter.
2. Entries will be evaluated based on responses to a 4–6 minute survey comprising 8 behavioural and motivation-based questions designed to assess participants’ interest, engagement and connection with Asian food culture.
3. The Promoter expects to notify selected guests using the contact details supplied on Wednesday 4 November 2026. Applicants should check their email and any other stated contact channel. Unsuccessful applicants may be placed on a waiting list and contacted if places become available.
4. Selected guests must confirm attendance by the deadline stated in their invitation. Because the Event takes place on 12 November, the response window may be shorter than five days. Unconfirmed places may be reallocated to eligible waiting-list applicants.
5. The Event will take place in London in mid-November. The exact venue is intended to be disclosed to confirmed guests on Wednesday 11 November 2026, approximately 24 hours beforehand. For accessibility, safety or travel-planning reasons, the Promoter may provide necessary information earlier.
7. Selected participants will be notified via the email address provided within 10 working days of the recruitment closing date. If a selected participant cannot be contacted or does not respond within 5 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative participant.
8.Selected participants may be invited to take part in reasonable publicity relating to the event, including photography, video content or testimonials. Participants acknowledge that photography, filming and audio recording may take place throughout the event experience and may appear in promotional materials, social media content, recap videos, press materials and other marketing communications relating to the Promoter and its brands. Where required, additional consent may be requested for specific publicity activities.
4. Limitations and General Conditions
1. Attendance is free unless expressly stated otherwise. Guests are responsible for their own travel, accommodation and personal expenses unless the Promoter expressly confirms particular costs will be covered.
2. Food or samples may contain allergens, including soy, sesame, wheat/gluten, shellfish, nuts and other ingredients. Guests should disclose dietary needs through the designated channel before attending; the Promoter will provide available allergen information but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
3. Guests must follow venue rules, health and safety instructions and reasonable staff directions. The Promoter may refuse or withdraw admission for unsafe, abusive, disruptive or unlawful conduct, false information or material breach of these Terms.
4. The Promoter may reasonably amend, postpone or cancel the Event or activation where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, safety or operational requirements, and will seek to notify affected applicants or guests promptly.
5. The Promoter is not responsible for applications lost or delayed due to technical faults outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. All other limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
6. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. These Terms are governed by English law, and disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.

5. General Conditions
1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this unavoidable, but will use reasonable endeavours to minimise the effect on participants.
2. The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of this promotion is final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
3. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for:Food served during the event may contain allergens, including but not limited to, soy, sesame, gluten, shellfish, nuts and alcohol. Participants are responsible for informing the Promoter of any allergies or dietary requirements prior to attendance. Entries lost, delayed, misdirected, corrupted, or not received due to technical issues; or Any loss, damage, or injury suffered by participants or third parties arising from participation, except where caused by the Promoter’s negligence or wilful misconduct.
4. Nothing in these Terms shall limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
5. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
6. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
