1. ELIGIBILITY:
1.1 This competition is open to UK university students only, except employees of Lee Kum Kee, their immediate families, agencies, and anyone else professionally connected with the brand.
1.2 This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta or TikTok.
1.3 Entries are deemed valid by following these steps:
1.4 You must have an ‘open’ profile for their entry to be deemed valid.
1.5 This competition shall be closed at 23:59pm on Thursday 30th November 2023.

2.1 All personal information collected in this campaign is handled with compliance to our privacy policy.
3. ADDITIONAL NOTES
3.1 Three winners will be chosen from all eligible entries.
3.2 There are three prize bundles to be won. The prizes are as follows (any prize photos are for reference only):

3.3 Eligible entries will be shortlisted to the top 10 videos/photos based on number of views and engagements. The shortlisted videos will then be put forward to a panel of judges at Lee Kum Kee who will decide the winners.
3.4 The winners will be selected within 30 working days of the competition closing. All winners will be contacted via their entry channel (Instagram or TikTok). Winners must respond within 5 days or an alternative winner may be chosen. Your postal details and telephone contact number may be required only if you are selected as winners. They will be used for delivery of any prizes that are won and should be shared with Lee Kum Kee privately upon request.
3.5 Maximum of one entry per account per person per platform.
3.6 Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any request to change any prize will not be entertained.
3.7 In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Lee Kum Kee reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or equivalent value.
3.8 Lee Kum Kee cannot be held responsible for third party products and services offered as prizes.
3.9 Internships at Lee Kum Kee (Europe) will be offered to the winners during the Easter break of the 2024 semester. Arrangements will be made through discussions between the winners and the company.
4. EXTRA TERMS
4.1 Lee Kum Kee cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or injury suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting or participating in any prize.
4.2 Nothing shall exclude Lee Kum Kee’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence or generally for intent as well as for gross negligence.
4.3 Subject to clause 4.2, by participating or attempting to participate in this competition, participants agree that Lee Kum Kee shall not bear any liability for (a) the loss, theft or misuse of any product/prize or (b) any damage in any way attributable to this competition or the attempted participation in this promotion.
4.4 By entering the competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
4.5 In all aspects of this competition and in the event of any dispute regarding these terms and conditions, Lee Kum Kee’s decision shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
4.6 Lee Kum Kee will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the competition and for no other purpose and they will be deleted thereafter.
4.7 Lee Kum Kee reserves the right to cancel this competition or amend these terms and conditions without notice in the event there is any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside Lee Kum Kee's reasonable control.
4.8 These terms and conditions apply to this competition. By taking part in this competition, you agree to be bound by them. It is a condition of participation in this competition that all terms and conditions are accepted as final.
4.9 This competition is governed by English Law. Lee Kum Kee and participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
