Winter Competition Full Terms and Conditions
1. ELIGIBILITY:
1.1 Offer open to UK residents aged 18 and over only, except employees of the Lee Kum Kee, their immediate families and agents, and anyone else professionally connected with the offer.
1.2 This competition/promotion is no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any third parties Facebook, Instagram or Mailchimp. In partnership with Sorted Food.
2 TO RECEIVE PRIZE:
2.1 By downloading the cookbook and completing your details via the form, this will count as one entry. For every additional ‘share’ via Twitter feed, Facebook feed, Facebook messenger and email, this will give you an additional competition entry per platform. Max is 1 additional entry per platform, so the maximum entries is 5.
2.1.1 For each entry, your name will have a number associated. 10 winners will be chosen using a random number generator.
2.1.2 The end date is 23:59 31st December 2020.
2.2 Ten winners will win 12 month’s supply of Lee Kum Kee sauces (approximately 10 products in total, products are dependent on availability) and one years’ Sorted Food membership worth £49.99 (Full membership details here https://sorted.club/buy-sorted-club-membership/)
2.2.3 Your postage details and telephone contact number will be required. They will be used for delivery of any prize that is won and should be shared with Lee Kum Kee privately upon request.
2.2.4 After verification, you will be contacted by a Lee Kum Kee employee via email within 5 working days of the competition close. You must respond to this message within 3 days or an alternate winner will be chosen.
2.2.5 The prizes will be dispatched within 21 days of confirmation of postage.
2.2.6 Please allow 28 days for delivery of your prize from the date of dispatch.
3. DATA COLLECTION

4. ADDITIONAL NOTES
4.1 Maximum one prize per e-mail address per person.
4.2 In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Lee Kum Kee reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or equivalent value.
4.3 Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4.4 Lee Kum Kee cannot be held responsible for third party products and services offered as prizes and all such prizes may be subject to Lee Kum Kee’s standard terms and conditions.
5 EXTRA TERMS
5.1 Lee Kum Kee cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or injury suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting or participating in any prize.
5.2 Nothing shall exclude Lee Kum Kee’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence or generally for intent as well as for gross negligence.
5.3 By entering this competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
5.4 In all aspects of this promotion, Lee Kum Kee’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the promotion.
