Lee Kum Kee Quality Never Compromised 2022 Sachet Box Sampling Entry Form Full Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”)
1. ELIGIBILITY:
1.1 This sampling promotion is open to all individual entities who reside in the United Kingdom, residents aged 18 and over only, except employees of the Lee Kum Kee, their immediate families and agents, and anyone else professionally connected with the offer.
1.2 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any third parties, including but not limited to supermarkets, Facebook, Instagram or Mailchimp.
2.1 ABOUT THE SAMPLING PROMOTION
2.1.1 The sampling promotion will run from 15 September 2022 to 14 November 2022 inclusive and is available.
2.1.2 The sample sachet boxes are only available to new Lee Kum Kee newsletter subscribers and are subject to availability.
2.1.3 Lee Kum Kee will process the newsletter subscription entries and dispatch the sample sachet boxes in the first week of the following month. Whilst reasonable efforts have been made to ensure sufficient stocks are available to meet likely demand, if in the opinion of Lee Kum Kee, there is not sufficient stock for all the participating newsletter subscribers, Lee Kum Kee will randomly select the winners of the boxes. Lee Kum Kee will not make any prior announcement on the level of stock availability.
2.1.4 Subject to stock availability and subject to this Terms and Conditions, the sachet box will include the following products:
2.1.4 Any request to change any product in the sachet box will not be entertained.
2.1.5 Your postal details and telephone contact number will be required upon registration and shared with the fulfilment warehouse for delivery purposes only.
2.2 TO RECEIVE A FREE LEE KUM KEE SACHET SAMPLE BOX:
2.2.1 Complete the following steps for a chance to receive one sample sachet box. There is a limit of one entry per person.
Step 1:
By subscribing to the newsletter of Lee Kum Kee (Europe) LTD.
Step 2:
Completing the sign-up form with your postal details and accepting these Terms & Conditions.
Step 3:
Verify the email account - a verification email will be sent to validate the entry after completing the sign-up form. The participating individual must complete the email verification after registration to be entitled to a free sachet box.
2.2.2 Delivery of the sachet box
2.2.2.1 Participants will receive a confirmation email if a sample sachet will be sent to them.
2.2.2.2 Once the sachet box is sent out, the participant will not receive updates regarding the delivery. Please allow 28 working days for the delivery from the date of dispatch.
3. DATA COLLECTION
3.1 All personal information collected in this campaign is handled in compliance with our privacy policy.
3.2 Whilst submitting your details, you may opt in to sign up for our newsletter, which you are free to unsubscribe at any time – view our privacy policy and information collection statement.
4. ADDITIONAL NOTES
4.1 In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Lee Kum Kee reserves the right to change the products in the sachet box without prior notice. If, in the opinion of Lee Kum Kee, there is not sufficient stock of any product listed in clause 2.2.3 above, Lee Kum Kee reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute an alternative Lee Kum Kee product of a similar value or to remove any item listed in clause 2.2.3 above.
4.2 There is no cash alternative to the sachet box. The sachet boxes are not exchangeable for cash or for any other Lee Kum Kee product or gift.
4.3 Lee Kum Kee cannot be held responsible for misuses of the sachet boxes and the products included.
5. EXTRA TERMS
5.1 Subject to clause 5.2, Lee Kum Kee accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss or injury suffered by any entrant entering or as a result of accepting or participating in this promotion.
5.2 Nothing shall exclude Lee Kum Kee’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence or generally for intent as well as for gross negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
5.3 Subject to clause 5.2, by participating or attempting to participate in this promotion, participants agree that Lee Kum Kee shall not bear any liability for (a) the loss, theft or misuse of any product or (b) any damage in any way attributable to this promotion or the attempted participation in this promotion.
5.3 By entering this promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by this Terms and Conditions.
5.4 In all aspects of this promotion and in the event of any dispute regarding this Terms and Conditions, Lee Kum Kee’s decision shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
5.5 Lee Kum Kee will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose and will be deleted thereafter. 5.6 Lee Kum Kee reserves the right to cancel this promotion or amend this Terms and Conditions without notice in the event there is any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside Lee Kum Kee's reasonable control.
5.7 These Terms and Conditions apply to this promotion. By taking part in this promotion, you agree to be bound by them. It is a condition of participation in this promotion that all Terms and Conditions are accepted as final.
5.8 This promotion is governed by English Law and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
