Show Me Your Love Rice (Sweet Corn & Pork with Rice)

Ingredients

250g Pork Fillet or Shoulder
200g Canned Sweet Corn Kernels
300ml Water
1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
A pinch of ground white pepper
2 Tbsp Corn Starch + 6 Tbsp Water
2 Eggs, beaten
300g Cooked Rice

Marinade

½ tsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 Tbsp Water
1 tsp Corn Starch

Method

1 Cut the pork into 1cm cubes and add them to the marinade. Stir well to coat.
2 Heat a pan or wok over medium-high heat before adding the oil. Add the marinated pork to the work and stir-fry them until partially cooked. Add the corn kernels, water, and Premium Mushroom Powder, and bring it to boil. Season with white pepper and simmer for 10 minutes.
3 Mix cornstarch with water, and then add the mixture into the corn mixture. Keep stirring it until it thickens.
4 Add the beaten egg and stir to mix well. Cook over low heat for a minute. Serve the dish over rice.
