Hong Kong Style Snack Platter

Ingredients

Plum Glazed Sausage
2 Frankfurters / Smoked Kielbasa Bratwurst
Sweet and Savoury Sauce Chicken Wings
500g Chicken wings, prime cut
10g Ginger, sliced to 0.5cm thick
1 tsp Vegetable Oil
200ml Water
Fries with Mushroom Powder
200g     French Fries, frozen

Method

1 Plum Glazed Sausage Preheat the oven to 200C/ 180C fan/ gas 6.
2 Place the sausages on a lined baking tray. Roast them for 10-15 minutes until they are browned and cooked.
3 Coat the sausages in Plum Sauce and serve them in slices.
4 Sweet and Savoury Sauce Chicken Wings Heat a pot over medium-high heat before adding the oil. Add the ginger and fry until fragrant.
5 Add the chicken wings and sauce mix to the pot. Pour in water to barely cover the chicken wings.
6 Close the lid and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent the chicken wings from sticking to the bottom of the pot.
7 Remove the chicken wings and ginger, set them aside.
8 Reduce the remaining stock in the pot over high heat until it becomes glossy and thick.
9 Pour the sauce over the chicken wings and serve.
