Egg Noodle Salad with Sesame Chilli Sauce

Ingredients

400g egg noodles, cooked
100g   mangetout, sliced diagonally
200g red radishes, washed and quartered
 ½ cucumber, julienne
1 spring onions, sliced
1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted

Method

1 Blend the dressing sauces together in a small bowl and set aside.
2 In a large salad bowl, toss all the vegetables and egg noodles and mix well.
3 Drizzle dressing in to the salad and toss well to ensure even coating.
4 Garnish with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
