Corn on the Cob with Yuzu Flavour Chilli Sauce

Ingredients

2 Corn on the Cob
1 Tbsp  Vegetable Oil or Butter

Method

1 FOR OVEN COOKING
Pre-heat oven to 180 C.
2 Line oven tray lined with tin foil.
3 Place corn on lined tray, top with Yuzu Chilli Sauce and roast for 8 to 10 mins turning half way through cooking.
4 Remove from oven and serve hot.
5 FOR OUTDOOR BBQ COOKING
Preheat BBQ. If using charcoal BBQ, make sure the charcoal is glowing and fire has died down before cooking. If using gas BBQ, preheat till BBQ reaches 280C.
6 Prepare 2 pieces of tin foil, large enough to wrap each corn on the cob.
7 Place a corn on each tin foil, add 1 Tbsp of Chilli Sauce and ½ Tbsp butter or oil to each corn.
8 Wrap foil tightly and place on the hot grates. Close BBQ lid.
9 Lower heat to medium. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
10 Remove from BBQ. Be careful when opening foil parcel as it will release hot steam.
PREP TIME: 5 MINUTES | COOKING TIME: 10 MINUTES
