Chilli Garlic Mash

Ingredients

750g Potatoes, peeled and cut into similar size chunks
4 Tbsp Butter
6 Tbsp Milk or non-dairy milk

Method

1 Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water until tender soft, and drain.
2 Mash the potato with the butter, milk and Lee Kum Kee Chilli Garlic Sauce until smooth.
