Lee Kum Kee Rice Vinegar

Brewed with rice using traditional solid fermentation techniques, our Rice Vinegar has a distinctive lustrous amber colour, aromatic rice fragrant and well-balanced flavour. The taste of sour is soft and long lasting. It is great to be used for preparation of Cantonese BBQ such as roast duck and crispy pork. Also ideal for pickling, sauce mix and seasoning.

Tips
  • To use as a Cantonese Roast duck skin lotion, mix 2 parts of rice vinegar with 1 part of malt sugar.
  • To make sweet pickling solution: bring to boil 100ml of Rice Vinegar, 50ml of water and 50g of sugar. Let the solution cool. Add the solution and vegetables (e.g. cucumber, carrots, mooli) into a glass jar for pickling. Optional to add in chilli and spices for extra flavour.
