Brewed with selected grains, through a combination of traditional craftsmanship and natural fermentation production process, our Matured Vinegar delivers a full bodied and well balanced flavour to any dishes. With its rich aroma which gets better with age, it is great for dressing, stir-frying, pickling, as well as a dip.

To create a Sweet and Sour sauce mix, simply mix 60ml of Mature Vinegar, 30g of sugar and 30ml of rice wine.
