To make the Classic Chinese Marinade Platter, boil 1 portion of Lee Kum Kee Chinese Marinade and 3 portions of water. Add ingredients like hard boiled eggs, chicken wings or fried tofu. Ingredients should be fully immersed in the liquid. Cook over medium heat until done. Simmer further for extra flavour. Drain and serve.
