Looking for a quick and easy midweek meal, without having to compromise with taste? This Yang Zhou Stir Fried Rice dish can be whipped up in a flash, and is full of flavour thanks to the Oyster Sauce, Soy Sauce, and you can even add an extra kick to it with our Chiu Chow Chilli Oil.

Ingredients

200g Long grain rice, uncooked
50g  Fried pancetta, cut into cubes
50g  Cooked chicken, cut into cubes
50g  Mixed frozen vegetable
1 Tbsp  Vegetable oil

Method

1 Cook rice according to packet instructions, or in a rice cooker.
2 Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium to high heat. Add the meats and frozen vegetables. Stir-fry for a few minutes.
3 Add the cooked rice and sauce mix. Stir-fry the ingredients for 2 minutes to combine well.
4 Turn off the heat, add the dressing and serve.

Tips

1 To prevent clumping, use leftover rice, cooked rice that has been cooled down or microwaveable rice
2 For a spicy kick, add a teaspoon of Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chilli Oil before serving.
