Tofu Snacks

These Tofu Snacks made with our Premium Light Soy Sauce, Premium Oyster Sauce and Chiu Chow Chili Oil are simple and easy to make. Perfect for movie night, when friends or family come over, or even as a little starter.

Ingredients

500g  tofu, drained and cut into 1 cm thick slices
Tbsp oil
handful of coriander, roughly chopped
1  Tbsp cumin powder
white sesame seeds for garnishing

Method

1 Cut the tofu slices in half. Heat large frying pan the pan over medium high heat and pan-fry the tofu until both sides are golden brown, set aside.
2 Use the remaining oil to cook the cumin powder and sauce mix, until it is thicken. Return the tofu and coat the sauce evenly on each tofu. Scatter over the coriander and sesame seed before serving.
