Teriyaki Paneer with Peppers and Spring Onion

Ingredients

400g  Paneer, cubed
1 Tbsp  Vegetable oil
100g  Red pepper, sliced
50g  Srping onions, 4 cm strips
1 tsp  Sesame seeds, toasted

Method

1 Heat the wok over a medium heat.
2 Add the oil and swirl around the wok to coat well.
3 Add the peppers and spring onions and sauté over a high heat for 2 minutes.
4 Add the paneer and sauté until the edges are slightly browned (about 2 minutes).
5 Add the Lee Kum Kee Teriyaki Sauce and reduce over a medium heat. Remove from heat.
6 Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the top and serve hot.
