Spring Onion Oil Noodles (Vegetarian)

Ingredients

2 spring onions, shredded
2 Tbsp cooking oil
150g egg noodles, cooked and drained

Method

1 Heat a wok or frying-pan to high heat then add oil and stir fry spring onion for a minute. Then turn the heat down to low and cook for further 5 minutes until the spring onions colour to deep golden brown, be careful not to burn them. Pour the spring onions and oil into a large bowl and stirin the seasoning mix then set aside.
2 Cook the noodles according to package instruction. Drain ready for use.
3 Add noodles to the spring onion oil, mix well then serve.

Tips

1 For a Vegan version use thick rice noodles
