LEE KUM KEE

Ramen Breakfast

Serves 1

Ingredients

50g udon or ramen noodles
1 egg, soft boiled, peeled
2 rashers streaky bacon
150ml well flavoured hot chicken stock
Small handful sprouted seeds eg alfalfa
Thinly sliced spring onions

Method

1 Cook the noodles as directed on package then drain. Grill or fry bacon cut into pieces.
2 Pour hot stock into warm bowl, add noodles.
3 Top with the halved egg and bacon, drizzle over Lee Kum Kee Japanese Style Sesame Dressing . Add sprouted seeds and sliced spring onions.

Tips

1 Leek can be used instead of spouted seeds. Use ready cooked whole wheat noodles for convenience. If you like spice, sprinkle over chilli flakes.
