Pan-fried Pork with Bell Pepper

Serves 4

Health Tips: Red bell peppers are high in vitamin C. It contributes to our immune system by supporting a variety of cell functions and can lower the risk of respiratory infections.

Cooking Tips: Use Chiu Chow Chilli Oil and a little bit of Oriental Sesame Dressing as it tastes like magic.

For a kids-friendly version, you can use a bit of Hoisin Sauce / Plum Sauce (approx. 1 tbsp) to stir fry the pork fillet for a savoury sweet flavour.


300g pork fillet (sliced into thin strips)
½ pc each green, yellow and red bell pepper (sliced into thin strips)
¼ pc onion (sliced)
2 Tbsp vegetable oil

Sauce Mix

½ tsp black pepper
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp corn starch
3 Tbsp water


1 Marinate pork with Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce for 30 minutes.
2 Heat pan or wok in high heat. Add 1 tbsp vegetable oil. Cook marinated pork over medium heat for 1 minute. Push to one side.
3 Add another 1 tbsp vegetable oil to the pan. Add onions and peppers, fry till soften. Stir in pork and sauce mix.
4 Bring to boil, remove from heat and serve.
