Cooking Tips: Use Chiu Chow Chilli Oil and a little bit of Oriental Sesame Dressing as it tastes like magic.

For a kids-friendly version, you can use a bit of Hoisin Sauce / Plum Sauce (approx. 1 tbsp) to stir fry the pork fillet for a savoury sweet flavour.

Ingredients

300g pork fillet, thinly sliced
¼ onion, peeled and sliced
½ green bell pepper (deseeded and thinly sliced)
½ yellow bell pepper (deseeded and thinly sliced)
½ red bell pepper (deseeded and thinly sliced)

Sauce Mix

3 Tbsp water
2 tsp  sugar
1 tsp  corn starch
½ tsp  black pepper

Method

1 Marinate the pork for 30 minutes.
2 Heat half of the oil in pan or wok over high heat. Reduce the heat and add the marinated pork to cook for 1 minute, remove and set aside.
3 Heat the remaining oil in the pan, then add the onions and peppers, fry until soften. Stir in the pork and sauce mix until well combined.
