LEE KUM KEE

Mini Roti with Oriental Jackfruit

Serves 4

Ingredients

1 tin jackfruit
200g shiitake mushrooms
1½ tbsp sunflower oil
1 red onion, in thin rings
2 cloves  garlic, thinly sliced
1 pack mini rotis
2 spring onions, sliced
1 handful of peanuts, chopped
1 lemon, in wedges
4 sprigs of coriander

Method

1 Drain the jackfruit, pat it dry and cut it into small cubes. Brush the shiitake clean, remove the stems and slice them into pieces.
2 Stir-fry the onion in the oil in a wok on high heat and add the jackfruit, mushrooms and garlic. Lastly, add the Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce and Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce .
3 Bake the rotis according to the instructions on the packaging and place them on a wooden serving platter or plank. Spread the stir-fry on the rotis.
4 Garnish with spring onions, peanuts and coriander and accompany with lemon wedges. Place the platter on the table and enjoy!
