Kung Pao Chicken Stir Fry

We've taken all the hard work out of this Kung Pao Chicken Stir Fry recipe, thanks to our convenient sachet sauces. And don't feel like you need to stick with Chicken, you can also use this recipe and sauce with beef, seafood, or with just vegetables for a vegetarian version.

Ingredients

1 Tbsp oil
250g chicken thigh fillet, diced
½ red pepper, diced
4 spring onions, chopped
30g roasted cashew nuts (optional)

Method

1 Heat oil in wok or frying pan, add chicken and stir-fry over medium high heat 5-7 minutes until golden.
2 Add pepper and spring onions, cook 3-4 minutes, stirring.
3 Add Lee Kum Kee Kung Pao Chicken Stir-fry Sauce with a splash of water. Bring to boil. Remove from heat. Add roasted cashew nuts and serve with rice.
PREP TIME 5 MINUTES, COOK TIME 15 MINUTES
