TERIYAKI CHICKEN SKEWERS
Marinate 300g cubed chicken breast with 2 Tbsp of Teriyaki Sauce. Thread chicken pieces evenly onto 4 wooden skewers with green pepper and onion pieces alternately. Place under a medium hot grill for 15 mins or until cooked. Brush on 1 Tbsp of sauce before serving.
