Tips
  • Marinate every 100g of meat with 1 Tbsp of Oyster Sauce to taste the difference!
  • You could also add 1-2 Tbsp of sauce as a seasoning during cooking for every 250g of ingredient. 
  • Taste your food as you go! If you prefer a strong flavour, gradually add more sauce to build up to your desired taste.
